The game has something particularly unique in the survival genre. Everyone is a wizard, doing wizarding things and fighting mobs, monsters and bosses that either roam or sit on their unearthly thrown in their respective dungeon.

I absolutely love the Base/Castle/Citadel building system. It is truly amazing and something the game devs got right very early on.

However, the method to leveling up in the world, since the start of the game's EA Launch, has been terribly boring and dull. Sure, doing it the first time while discovering the game in its entirety is super fun the first month of playing, but after that. Everything is a grind. Hey, go stand by that tree for a minute to harvest, hey, go stand by those rocks to harvest. And to level up through killing things is quite mindless as well. Just wack things with melee or with a spell with left or right click and boom, they fall over. And you have to do it FOR HOURS. Very little thought gets put into grinding up your levels and it makes the replayability of the game very boring.

I want this game to do well. I really love the concept and want to participate in the game more. But that boring grind gets you pretty quick. I will leave my review as positive because I do believe its a good game. I just hope it eventually becomes a great game.
