*I've played with you on the same server
or
*I know you from real life

There are no limits to me sending friend invites.

Random invitations prohibited (ESPECIALLY if your profile is set to private) for my Friends List and for Groups none of my friends reside in. Seriously, no random group invitations and no invitations from people with private profiles!
