Generally clean and tidy, but at times, their work-station needs organizing and tidying. Sometimes JJO fails to clean up at the end of the day. JJO enjoys working without supervision and usually continues to carry out duties effectively. Still needs to learn when it is appropriate to call for a supervisor’s advice or authority to act. Makes decisions rapidly and well when dealing with small or personal matters, but still has to gain the confidence to make major decisions. Most of the decisions made turn out to be effective. Stays cool in an emergency, but needs help from others to take the right action quickly.
