Good luck with that RNG

So I figured to FINALLY get into Witcher gaems and... I feel like I might have made a mistake here...
I was willing to give glorified MMORPG combat, leveling up and mixing potions only when meditating a pass but... talk to a dude, he tells you to talk to another dude in midnight, then that dude tells you to go somewhere at midday etc. etc. etc. NO! I'm done.
I read that the story and ♥♥♥♥ get's really really good later on but I may as well just stab myself since the bleeding will eventually stop.

I liked the world tho... so there's that... and I heard that the combat is different in 2 and 3 so I might give them a shot... as long I don't have to run back and fort for couple hours for no reason.

Fun fun first-person shoottery shooty shoot where BJ Blazkowicz will be taking down Nazis, their dogs, their dog's chew toy and of course, Mecha Happy Nazi Tech Wizard in alternate history where Nazis win WW2 thanks to Happy Nazi Tech Wizard and his Panzerhunden.

Lots of collectables to find which are mostly enigma codes and golden items.
Golden items are useless.
Enigma codes are also useless.
"but you can unlock new modes with enigma codes"
Yeah... difficulty modes. Totally worth of going through levels to find them all /sarcasm

Hey kids! You want to have PTSD just like your grandfather or/and grand grandfather? Well, this is your game then!

You and your AI buddy, who surprisingly enough has more personality than a good number of VG characters, are on a quest to save to world from aliens with big guns... that are on towers.

There's a nice little "twist" tho: Instead of generic bad guys come in and you have to stop them getting out, you have to prevent aliens taking power cores from the power station and leaving with them... I said nice, not groundbreaking.
There are also nice variety of enemies which vary from your typical speedy and tanky mobs to some stealth and shielded aliens or aliens who project a shield/ a stealth field on other nearby aliens.

It's a good TD game and I would recommend it to anybody who enjoys TDs.
