How do you straighten your piss stream?

Is there a way I (14 m) can like "train" my stuff to piss straight? Like I'm being so real rn you can make jokes but I fr cannot stand up to pee without cleaning a puddle off the floor and clorox wiping my shoes. It doesn't help that I already hate public bathrooms so next thing I know I'm stealing the janitors mop to clean my cute little piss puddle that I accidentally left since I'm not potty trained wtf. Someone help.
