Game is fun, but the stupid disconnects after death and missing cutscenes from load crashes really takes you out of the game. I would recommend but for now marking it as No go until SE fixes the issues.

I can't stress how much I recommend this game. Having played since release onto Steam, I have spent hours playing and enjoying this game to the fullest. Although the amount of time recorded doesn't seem like much. I feel as though I have played longer than that. Unlocking the items and survivors is part of the fun and offer different and unique challenges to unlock, especially the new arrival of the Captain. He's kind of a beast. Finding good builds to use on your survivors is surprisingly enjoyable. Learning and adapting is the easiest way to describe playing this game. You unlock or find items and create your own builds (or find some help on the inter-webs). Also, when playing you will figure out what works and what doesn't. (it's late, so these statements may seem random and kind of scattered, but it works lol).

As far as bugs and issues with this game, I have noticed very little, if any, since it's early release. Well-polished and high quality game. Hopoo, you did great with Risk of Rain's sequel. Cannot wait to see what comes in the future.

If you like rogue-likes or something you can jump in with for friends for a round or two, then PICK THIS GAME UP!

I've been playing this game since its infant stages and to see how far it has come is nothing short of amazing. Chucklefish listened, and still listens, to their community. Since I started playing, the game is nearly unrecognizable in comparison. Absolutely beautiful in a facets. Would highly recommend to anyone that likes exploration/adventure/build type of games. Also best with friends, especially if everyone helps dig to the center of the earth and build a "lava" place. Totally didn't do that like 3 times with all of the resets and what not haha.
