Pros:
Almost perfectly choreographed gameplay
Comically overdone violence (yes this is a pro)
Best soundtrack in a videogame since Halo 1
Stunning visual style and fidelity
Is actually fun and challenging on higher difficulties (instead of tedious/ frustrating like every other game)
Story is interesting and also subdued as to let the gameplay be the main attraction
Is one of the most well optimized games in recent history
