How? You might ask well here's an example
Wearing a gibus and kills an unusual,you're getting called for hacks
Has an unusual/good hat and gets a obvious hacking kill ''Probably a good player''
Gets a gibus spy through cloak by accident/obvious cloak ''H@X0R''
Well those are only 1/1000 of the examples out there so have fun
