They gave me a cool jacket for a while then took it away. Cool!

From what I heard, the Cosmetic team is a different team from the one working on the game. Not what 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure that's true and you can find answers by asking in the Dbd discussions.

Also, Bill can't get more since he's a licensed character, like Laurie. If Valve allowed it, then he could. But we don't think they're gonna allow it. It's sad because Bill is my 1# favorite survivor :( along with like 3 others lol

Bill and Laurie are licensed characters, so what they have is all they'll ever get.

There is a very valid reason Bill and Laurie got nothing - because they are licensed characters from other franchises.

also why are you whining about the base game in a cosmetic DLC
