I'm not a fan of twin stick shooters, but omg this game is amazing. To really get what it's like, its best to watch video of it. I get old school contra vibes from it, since a lot is going on at once on the screen and you can get various upgrades to your weapons like increased weapon spread and special weapons like laser beam.

This "game" is really interesting. I wasn't expecting much going in, but I am very pleasantly surprised. It's a movie where you have to make choices which affect what's going to happen in the future. The significance and impact of those choices really ramp up during the 2nd half. The "game" also doesn't give you much time to choose, so you do have to think on your feet and be ready.

There's 7 endings to the game, and I feel like I made a couple of bad decisions along the way, that warrant another play through to right those wrongs.

UPDATE: I just did a 2nd playthrough, but this time picked completely different choices. And the story wound up going in a very very different direction. Different scenes showed up and the story arc became different nature. Bravo to the developers. Beats Bander snatchers on netflix.

Early Access Review
Pretty fun stupid game about either trying to complete tasks as granny or trying to kill your grandma for not making your favorite meal.

It’s early access so there’s still a whole heap of potential that can go into it. Granny is pretty OP with tons of health bottles lying around and playing as the grandson can be challenging but hilarious to watch yourself get launched out the second story floor into the wilderness.

For $5 right now, you really get what you pay for here. It’s fun and I’d recommend it and hope more features are added for more replayability.

This is hilarious with friends especially if you have friends who are legit chickens. Or you could just pretend to be just for kicks. We beat the game in 25 minutes, which did leave us wanting for more.

Lacks polish. Your snipers can get shot and they won't return fire unless you tell them too. It's not that bad until the objective is protecting a point where enemies are coming from all directions. As a casual RTS player, this is way too much management.

This game is not bad. It's just dated. I'm giving it a negative review because there's a similar game, Binary Domain, that's better and not as old.

DMC5 is amazing, but DMC4 has a special place in my heart. DMC5 is the best DMC is almost every way, but what DMC5 does poorly DMC4 does phenomenally.

What DMC4 has over 5:
Great environments
Great enemy design
Great characters

DMC 5 is the best DMC in almost every way.
+Slightly easier to pull off advanced moves/combos than in other DMCs
+Nero now has 12 devil breakers to choose from and each comes with different abilities such as electric blasts, anti-armor drill, and evasive propulsion.
+DMC 5 uses the RE engine, the same engine used in Resident Evil 2 remake.
+Easiest DMC in the series by far, good for those looking for less challenge
+There aren't many major story developments, but the developments that do occur are major. Many claim Nero is more like-able in DMC 5 than in 4.

-For DMC vets looking for a challenge, DMC 5 is way too easy and boring at times. On a no-item run, the difficulty picks up at the last boss on hard mode. DMD mode no item run is HARD and comparable to DMC 3's DMD mode.
-Uninspired enemy design
-Uninspired environments
-Most Bosses have no personality. They are mind-less demons out to destroy you.

I haven't even beaten this game yet and I can't wait for RE3 remake. Nuff said.

For people who played the original RE2, this game captures the story and overall layout of the original but modernized and in third person perspective.
