stiff severed hands, bizzare cutscene viewing, no multiplayer option... i was excited to experience the game in VR but started bad and no multiplayer really pushed me off.

fun casual game, only two australian servers though.

great fun very challenging. the soundtrack is great and keeps you laughing at you use jedi mind tricks to figure out where the center of your screen is.

Anyone who calls dirt 3 a sim racer, is out of their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mind. Driving in dirt 3, is like having a constant traction control nanny on, even with all assists off and max difficulty. everything about the way this game plays tells me the target demographic are people using controllers, especially when you consider there isnt even a clutch or option to us H shifting, the lack of feel of speed, and the fact that you constantly have to hold WOT to get anywhere. What did i mean in the second sentence? None of the cars feel like they have anywhere near the quoted horsepower. attempting to do a drift chalenge in a rwd car that until i did donuts to check, i believed it was AWD due to the way it handled and the rediculous amounts of traction. This is a rally game, it should emphasise low grip situations but the only time i ever have to work hard is on snow, which is still way too easy for SNOW. The issues with GFWL is also a complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pain in the ass, and the fact it associates with that abortion of a service certainly doesnt help. Being forced to use arrow keys and having no mouse through menus is less than pleasing, and made me believe the game was outright broken when i first started playing.
the graphics are decent for the time this was released and considering its a console game, but every other aspect of it being a "console game" shows far too strongly when you try to play it on PC with a propper steering wheel set up. (Logitec g27)
honestly, this game belongs on consoles, and consoles only.
