ABOUT COUNTER-STRIKE SOURCE GIFT GRAB :
This achievement introduced in version 69 and worked up to version 72 until 2013 (by changing date to 25 dec 2011 - 14 jan 2012). Starting with v73 the game switched to another file delivery system - SteamPipe (google it). And some of the files was simply not transferred to the new version. According to the developers, it was a one-time event ( long Christmas holidays 2011/12 SUPPORT RESPONSE ). Now! You can play any patched server v69-v72 and see how gift boxes falls.
Guys! There is nothing to fix. Gifts are not in the game files now.

Well, here are the straight facts of my gaming rig :
Case: Big black coffin!
PSU: Powerful, breezing cold and quiet as death. That's the only thing that I'm 90% satisfied!
MoBo: I have two of them
CPU: Only the hell knows. 655 in CPU-Z 2.x.x single-thread.
Mem: I remember U.
GPU: Pure gas with 32 Mh/s.
Disk: Discs.
LCD: Ultra-wide with Free-G-sync 79hz overdrive.
Speakers: Two tweeters with re-tweeter o_O.
KB: Nuphy air 75 modded + square caps for GGs
MS: model D-w + ZY1-w + Sora v2
