I have got to hand it to these devs. I have been playing off and on through its development and watching this game become what it is today is simply awesome. The devs are responsive and active in the general chat with an excel sheet with commonly asked questions in both DMs and in the open chat. 9/10 a community member will answer whatever you are asking, which in this genre of game is pretty rare. D3 is just random chatter/item show off or asking for Power Levels, in this people are actively talking about the game and ready to answer anything. Don't want to ask around? Use their in-game guide which is very easy to use and understand. Each point of whatever it is you are looking up will have a detailed explanation IN-GAME (I have never googled anything for this, which is surprising!)

With the 0.9 update, newer looking models and all around bug fixes/improvements, without even mentioning it is now easily playable online with friends ( I get 30ms to the servers, and have had zero issues with networking. Diablo 3 is unplayable at times simply because the servers cannot handle the later end game stuff. Pausing and un-pausing just to catch up with your client is crazy stupid for such a simple load on a server) The devs have shown that is listens and pays attention to its product. It runs SO much better than it has in the past. Its not even fully released yet and down the road I could easily see this being one of the top Action-RPG games available on steam.

I am having fun, and I really mean that. I had 90 hours before this past update. I plan on playing and enjoying the many avenues of building a character that this game has to offer, which is surprisingly a very large variety. Not as much as PoE obviously. But that game is in its own realm in reality. This comes in close second for me. If you think Diablo 3 is too easy, and PoE is too hard. This is a perfect in-between mesh of the genre with an actually interesting story, that is easy to pick up and hard to master.
