Honest review of the game so far: It's incredibly good, ESPECIALLY for how simple it is. I got it for free, so of course I can't really say anything about it while factoring in the actual price. But with the game itself, it's incredibly fun. It's very simple, but very well animated and is overall very goofy. And from my experience it's actually a pretty light game. Especially being only like 2 GB compared to other games being like 80-100 or even more. It's also very aesthetically pleasing. Definitely a fun, light, enjoyable experience. Would recommend.

If you wanna fight sweaty tryhards who have been playing the game since day one and will ABSOLUTELY ruin your experience, this is the game for you. It's fun when you aren't dealing with day 1 sweats, but 90% of the people who play are.

This game is a confusing nightmare. Which is really unfortunate. Conceptually, it's interesting. But NONE of it makes sense at the start at all. So yeah, not a great start and probably will be refunding here soon.

This game is surprisingly more than just a furry game. It's an actually good RPG. I highly suggest it even if you're not a furry just for the RPG aspect. It's really well done.

This game is everything I ever hoped for in a Tenkaichi 4. It has small issues but none of it involve the gameplay or visuals or anything. Just minor stuff like the character select screen. It's AMAZING.

This game is like if you combine Helldivers 2 with Doom Eternal. Chaotic, destructive combat where you tear Xenos and Heretics apart in brutal fashion. I dropped Helldivers so fast for this and I won't be looking back.

I'm not going to write a full review on this game because it's in a VERY Early Pre-Alpha stage atm. It's by all means not a "complete" game for this reason. BUT I will say I DO see immense potential in this game and think it is worth getting if you want to see where it goes. For now, I think, while it's not a complete experience and not worth $20, it's REALLY promising. I'll update this review once this game is in a more complete state. With actual quest NPC's and stuff. Also when it gets more updates like the combat rework and such.

The new "collection" made me buy this game on Steam. I had it for console before but after seeing how garbage the collection was, I re-bought the original Battlefront II and played through it for multiple hours. I spent the last two days only playing this on and off. Beat the story mode, completed my first Galactic Conquest with a 100% win rate (literally didn't lose at all) and I haven't been so hooked to a game JUST FOR THE SINGLEPLAYER in a long time. This game is satisfying, addicting, chaotic and INCREDIBLY fun.

I haven't tried out the online, I know the community for OG BFII online is still HUGE, so if you wanted to buy the Battlefront Classic Collection to play online, this game still has functioning online servers with lots of people playing. And this game only costs 10 dollars in comparison to the scam that is the classic collection.

Please, buy this instead of the Classic Collection. It's so much better. ESPECIALLY before it gets delisted or something. It's cheaper, the online still functions and the singleplayer is still incredibly fun too.

It's crazy because somehow the Classic Collection DOWNGRADED a 2005 game.

This game is not deserving of the 'Mixed' status imo. It's ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Imo it's far better than Vermintide 2. It's overall simpler to get into and a lot of weapons just feel satisfying. The overall build variety and weapon types just make this game a lot of fun too. The classes are unique and fun, and overall it's just a very solid game. Definitely worth full price imo.

I did not play at launch, so I don't know how it was back then, but now this game is INCREDIBLE. Most of the negative reviews are either minor nitpicks or salty children.

The only actual complaint I've seen is the game sorta stopping once you hit Level 30. At that point you just focus on weapon upgrades and crap and then you're done. That and it being RNG based to get it. But I have two perfect weapons, an Ironhelm Thunderhammer and a Lasgun on my Zealot, and all perfect curios, yet I still hop in just to play and have fun because the gameplay loop is that fun to me.

Overall, I'd recommend it.
