absolute fever dream, but in a good way.

It's a rhythm game that punishes you for trying to learn the mechanics.

An okay entry of the Persona series, not as good as 4 but way better than 5. To me the gameplay of the FES version always felt really slow, so I'm glad that they used the PSP version which came with some QOL improvements (most importantly the ability to control the other 3 party members) and less downtime between exploration sessions of tartarus. Multiple language options have been added, which is a really nice bonus. Sadly the cutscenes have been simplified for this version and the audio is heavily compressed. All in all, this is the definitive way of experiencing Persona 3 in 2023.

Decent game with a lot of fun dungeons and bosses, but the server lag is absolutely inexcusable. I don't get how they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ that up considering that the servers of other FromSoft titles were almost always stable. I can only recommend this game to people who want to play purely solo.
