Unfortunately I don't remember anymore what that game was called, nor how I found it (I just spent some 10 minutes scouring my alt Reddit account's post history hoping I had posted on TOMT about it; and submitting the image to SauceNao, but no results. The game's name is also not mentioned in the Japanese neither in the screenshot itself nor the author's comments). I'm actually impressed with my past self for finding out the name!

I vaguely remember the game as being in the category of "nukige", and the plot about the main character being an eroge developer who goes to work in an eroge dev studio, and the three girls pictured are his co-workers there. I hope this can help you google and find it.
