Chris's music is a standout, elevating the atmosphere with every note, while the level design is expertly crafted, making exploration and gameplay flow seamlessly... Both aspects you would think would come together beautifully to deliver an immersive experience BUT THE BRILLIANCE OF THE CREATIVE TEAM WAS OVERSHADOWED BY THE MISSTEPS OF GEARBOX. The disconnect between creative talent and executive oversight is palpable, leaving a bittersweet taste that undermines what could have been a flawless experience. Buy this for Risk of Rain. It that much off a good game...
