I realize I am making this review in a harsh time, Like you are seeing everywhere online, the UI sucks for PC. Plain and simple as that.
I play this game a lot. You can see my hours,
TheNew UI changes for the new map and update is a 3/10 at best. It feels like it drags when you use a mouse,
- Just moving through the different menu panels feels so bad, when you use your scroll wheel, it takes you to another panel instead of moving down the panel you are in
- Aggressive money hungry tactics in the menu, "Press F to buy Blood bonds"
Overall the new UI feels like they are trying to save money by making it the exact same thing for console, when personally I don't mind the visual changes. I mind the functional changes. If they can tweak how pc users interact with the same menu layout it will be so much better. Relying on your mouse clicks instead of your keyboard more.


Positive side
+ The new map is visually awesome
+ I feel like Crytek overhyped the mines but they still feel like a core aspect of hunt
+ New event at the time of the review and it plays wonderful
+ Crytek did loads of testing and apart from the expected server struggles, the game runs amazingly good, again apart from a few bugs
+ It feels very fluid to play the game again, the compounds aren't as tightly locked down so you can relocate during fights much better

I like this game, I genuinely do, I have faith in crytek that they can fix it before they ruin it like "Helldivers"
I still enjoy this game with my friends, and randoms. I love the community (Even tho I am banned from the official discord for "Witch hunting" over 2 years ago because I posted a clip of a cheater and his name was visible in the video)
The game is still hunt after so many years and I am looking to many more.
