The first game is one of my favourite games ever, but this sequel... it just ain't it.
I kept coming back to this game, thinking that if I just stuck with it long enough, it would eventually "click", but after 12 hours I have finally come to the realisation that I'm not having any fun.

The lack of hand crafted levels really hurts this game. Since you're dropped into a random map with random enemies randomly spawning, when you die, instead of thinking "Oops! I didn't know that guy was there, I'll try again!" most often than not you'll be screaming at your screen as you're forced to restart an entire series of levels from the beginning due to some unpredictable ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you have no control over. It just becomes exhausting after a while. I wanted to like this game, I really did- but it’s just not worth the frustration for me.

For the first 8 hours of playing this game I had absolutely zero clue what I was doing but then it suddenly clicked and I've got to say- this is the most peak fighting game I've ever played. I love Persona 3 Reload with all of my heart but absolutely NOTHING can excuse the selling price of this DLC. I'm sure The Answer will be great, but bundling in pointless trinkets to inflate the price of DLC is a trend I've been seeing way too often in the game industry. (Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth's Master Vacation Bundle comes to mind)

Not only is it a game that's easy to pick up and fun to play- it has restored my faith in humanity.
It's made by a developer who is truly PASSIONATE about their work. One may look at this game and see a crude mobile game from 10 years ago. What I see is the begging of an amazing developer's career. Thank you so much Adamvision for sharing this game with us and for the free steam game! Keep up the GREAT work :3)
