If you must grab this play the original classic release version you get with this, this definitive version is so broken i want to call it the defective edition
-Warping and broken ai
-broken lighting
-broken textures,
-major pop in & sometimes pop out
-random frame rate stutters
this definitive version is a mess & it absolutely makes me levid because Mafia 2 story is worth playing
2k & Hanger 13, you should be ashamed of yourselves!

A game with lots of potential but falls flat on its face
- bland level design that has no exploration or different ways to tackle each mission which i dont get
- poor mission structure of follow me and let me do everything tags over allie heads
- story trys to envoke weight and sense of lost hope but its delivered so piss poor with bad characters and weak writing
- 7 missions lasting 4 1/2 hours unless you go after the poorly implemented collectable pages
- Dead Multiplayer which was the only reason to play this game
I liked the promise of this game & the shooting is solid fun but the exacution was all over the place, its too bad because this could of been great if it got the extra 6 months of dev time it needed, no wonder THQ original incarnation went under

Full disclaimer ive played the mobile version and get what this is trying to do but for $16 CAD i cant justify paying money for this when the mobile version is free

This is the written review for Wrestling Revolution, video review is here https://youtu.be/y8R7LYGg7eM

+lots of features
+reminds me of the old days of wrestling games
+easy pick and play controls
+decent career and booking mode
-reminds me of the old days of wrestling games
-collision detection bad
-animations bad
-presentation bad
-straight up mobile version ported to pc

Wrestling Revolution 3D is designed by one person Matt Dickie and he has one purpose, cater to the crowd that misses the old school design of earlier wrestling titles like wwf no mercy for the n64, now its made its way to pc and for fans of the mobile game youll be happy to know its the same game you loved and played on your phone or tablet for the most part
Problem is its the same game you can play on your phone or tablet for free but it cost 10 dollars and no gore or limb loss

The presentation is the same as mobile devices from the stiff animations and the piss poor framerate, to the blatent buttons shown on screen and blocky character models its clear that no effort went into updating the presentation, this isnt a mobile device your watching here this is PC version
Controls are very pick up and play that is if you play with controller, which reminded me of those glory days of wwf no mercy for the n64
Problem is its also reminded me of the bad things about those times too like horrendous collision detection, terrible camera, bad ai, lots of bugs, and some of the worst clipping ive seen in a wrestling game in some time
Audio is passable with no mercy sound effects and ok music, whats not passable though is the lack of any voice work
I get your trying to be like the n64 but can we get something modern here
If you are a fan of the mobile version youll be happy to know nothing been removed so all the features are here your one on ones, tag team, 6 man elimination, and all your non copyright infringing wrestlers you name something from the mobile version its here
It has a decent career mode and got some nice stat building in form of training so how you perform really depends on what you put your training and attributes  into which provides a sense of challenge not being able to just sweep through everyone like 2k games
I choose David because he looks like Sandow
also worrying about things like creative control over your character, health and guaranteed money was a nice touch on a well thought out career mode.
Booking mode also fun too being a gm, signing wrestlers from other promotions and booking a better show then eveyone else, worrying about ratings and cash flow
This made me miss that 2k doesnt do anything similar in there games and i want to see more wrestling games with this mode in mind
Overall Wrestling Revolution 3D isnt
A terrible game its just one that doesnt really revolutionize the genre, while it has some nice features that can be fun  nostalga at times the excellent career mode cant stop the future endevour for being a botch machine, just get it for free on your phone
i give it a 4/10

Video Review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Qqd-iR3Ekw

Its surprising how much content is lacking even compared to Toybox Racers from 3 years ago like they took a axe to toybox Turbos for instance instead of 35 cars from toybox
You have 12 cars in micro machines which all have the same slippery feel that never improves so GI Joe tank goes just as fast as the rest of them and no car has any distinct feel

The graphics are very bland with really uninspired track design that once again looks like they ripped tracks from toybox and put new paint over it, this even extends to the cars, while i like the customization here its once again lacking of meaningful unlocks and are just there to lengthing out the experience, also there this weird blur around the cars i cant for the love of god explain why but my guess its to cover up bad textures

So with the lack of content presented here its up to the gameplay to carry the whole experience, unfortunetly its falls flat it this regard too

You have 3 game modes, battle which is capture the zone where 2 teams of 6 hold a zone to rack up points and bomb run where one team has to grab a bomb in play and hold it in the enemy base till it explodes, its here where micromachines shows its most potential and i had the most enjoyment from but its ruined by these game types being random and another problem which ill get too in a moment
Race is where 12 cars race around a bland track with physics that feel there on ice as you shoot nerf in game advertised weapons at your opponents in a attempt to knock them off the track, same with elimination but you try to off screen each other for points
not only has the weapons been axed in both micro and toybox Turbos but this kind of in game advertisement puts a sour taste on this once great series and Codemasters should be ashamed of themselves for sinking hat low and ultimately hurt any kind of enjoyment i had with those 3 modes
The biggest issue Micro Machines has going for it is its a completely online experience which gutted any kind of single player experience besides practice matches, not that you'd notice its online as within my hours of testing since launch i only managed to run into 2 humans and the rest were ai which begs the question if they even tried with this game or did they lack any confidence that it would sell, one idea would of been to add different game modes to keep players invested!

Micromachines is a insult to racing car fans and old school fans of the series, it takes everything you loved from previous games and removes it to leave you a bare bones racer with no substance, a 4/10

+ mushami Story mode is passable and teaches you the basics of Tekken better then the practice mode and offers more storys on top of the main

+Graphics are amazing with nice lighting and textures all around, Unreal 4 is amazing and possibly best looking fighter this generation

+ Treasure Battle is a great way to grind out Gold which is used for customization

+Customization is awesome with lots of unique pieces to make your favorite characters your own

+Final Retribution Arcade mode for that cabnit feel

+Online is smooth with great match making

+Finally Tekken Has came Back to the PC!

- Elza Pre Order bonus

- Akuma added to the mushami lore convulting the only story that made somewhat sense

-bad practice mode

-mushami Story ended up being all over the place

8.5/10

A Love Hate Relationship

While my original review may be outdated now (and more of a llitte salty rant) i finally caved after trying to find a replacement for months
the UI did manage to become better & Ragnarok is a wonderful map but all my points still stand, the center is borderline dead now as its a pain to travel around (my server has no players post flyer nerf), the amount of changes and ignoring player feedback plus Studio Wilcard greed has really tainted this game, SE was bad enough but now 60 dollar price hike a month before launch and the day of launch a season pass announcement?
The flyer change still hurts this game the most as the biggest thrill was getting on a bird and going really fast, now a snail moves faster which is just wrong
I originally swore to never come back to this game & hated what the devs stand for but i cant hate on the elements that made this game addictive in the first place, the grind feels worth the time to see everything you set out for achieved, taming dinos is fun as hell & the building elements are golden
I can only recommend playing this game on a modded server preferably your own as you can customize it to your liking anyway you please & get the original elements that made this game what it used to be, anyway else feels too much like a chore & the grind feels less rewarding because of it
ill keep the original review up if youre curious to see how angry i was when Patch 256 came out

Early Access Post Patch 256 Rant Review (308 hours)
The Center is completely broken now after Patch 256!! (in case you dont know the center is split into multiple islands forcing you to use flyers & boats to get anywhere)
How are we suppose to get around all these islands when our flyers cant go across the ocean without stopping 8 times (which getting to the redwoods or Lava island good ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ luck!) like who thought this was fun?!
when our boats can just be swallowed whole how are we suppose to protect ourselves or even get anywhere?
How did a simple UI change break all my crafting stations so they dont show anything unless i take all inventory or destroy the damn station?!
I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loved this game, i felt like i dedicated my entire life to this but you literally killed the meta with the amount of nerfs & no amount of workarounds can fix the fact you dont care about your community because if you did you would let people play the way they want especially after dedicated hundreds of hours to play that way instead of doing what you did which was take progression away too make people play the way you want it
Unless the way you wanted us to play was not at all then congrats because you've killed what little trust i had left for Early Access & Studio Wildcard!

First Impressions
At first i was thinking ok its a little clunky but maybe it will get better, im now at the half way point & encountered ai bugging out like foxtail running to his death cause it cant tell between levels of terrain effectively, very stiff controls, sloppy puzzle designs, & cheap deaths
The game is structured with co op in mind but i cant see who would drag a friend through this let alone find one who wants to play this
So far i cant recommend this to anyone but i will try to push through the rest & hope for the best, judging from recent reviews on the store page though its not looking good

I absolutely loved this game from start to finish, the story is really immersive & kept me interested all the way through!
You play a Firewatch ranger getting away from all his problems with his life & gives the player the task of running well firewatch task all while making choices on what actions to take at the time questioning why exactly youre running from everything at home
Its about a 4hr game (5hr if you take your time) which would normally be a negative but felt right for this kind of game
I highly recommend this one!!!
