FIRST IMPRESSIONS!!!!
I have gotten 3 missions in & i cant stop tethering things together, even after the hell of a time i got this game to work its been worth it in the end
so far first impressions its Just Cause 2 with slightly better car controls & a double hook grappler, im having a ball!
I do have to say the game does bottleneck after about 40 minutes of play which i find inexcussable & overall isnt that great of a port but hasnt ruined my experience so far & cant take the smile off my face as i tether two buses together =]

Distance has to be one of the smoothest racing games ive experienced this generation & its amazing too see a game with this much polish be early access while more established AAA racers come out buggy messes
- it combines the fun arcade feel of Fzero & Wipeout with a unique atmosphere that makes the game feel like you arent just going from level to level but actually exploring a city full of weird ♥♥♥♥ going on track by track which is a major bonus for the adventure mode
- controls are very smooth while testing your reflexes with pression jumps, & hidden objects as you try to survive each track
- Great visuals blending with EDM music conveys the sense of speed i havent felt for a long time.
With the addition of online, 5 arcade modes, a level editor, & a strong community should keep this game alive for a long time & if youre a racing fan youre doing yourself a diservice not picking this up!

This is trash even for mobile standards which this game clearly spawned from
dreadful music mixed with bad sound effects, horrible controls, & mediocre gameplay of collecting items makes this game an absolute dread
Dont buy

I seriously need to stop impulse buying steam games

a much better experience then its first outing
+Gone are the instant fails of the original
+graphics are very nice especially when you got Direct X11
+bullet camera
+decent campaign
-Dull multiplayer

-Graphics settings makes the game crash, multiplayer makes the game crash
-When you open the game its in this very small window & no way to change it
-Tutorial is bad & throws everything at you all at one then expects you to do the rest
+Crashing my plane gave me a laugh
Seriously how do games like this come out in 2015 & more importantly steam?!

can no longer skip lights on opposite side of the road or sidewalk

I can run Fallout 4, Shadows Of Modor, & any other modern game yet cant get this garbage above 15 fps!!!
The game dead already with no one playing despite handing out 10,000 copies because no one wants to run around pretending to be a plane while shooting pretend bullets to justify why the dev didnt bother adding a bullet animation & didnt bother making a good game

Red Faction without the Open World, complete freedom to blow everything up, & a generic story that brings you down generic set pieces to fight generic waves of enemies with the same voice actor
Only thing i can give this game is the terraforming mechanic was really cool.....till you discover they do nothing with it & is only used to fix there generic level design should you by any chance blow up the only staircase there is to proceed through the level! (why introduce an awesome power & do nothing with it?!?!?!)
This game killed the series & thankfully killed the puke of a Publisher called THQ
Hopefully one day we get a real Red Faction game but for now avoid this at all cost (i cant even bring myself to finish this garbage!)
