[BIOSHOCK + BENDY + OUTLAST = BUSTLAST?!] On God Bussin fr [8.5/10!!]

Ok so... We've all seen how the first idea of Bendy played out. It was...alright. A good first Draft.

This however? This is an absolute MASTERPIECE. It feels like a delightful mix of old-school cartoons and BIOSHOCK in the best way possible. Nice and simple upgrades, collectables, audio tapes, memories, good scares (not forced or constant), OUTLAST type stealth and suspense at times. Sometimes the suspense can fall short, however literally all the design and story makes up for it. The one thing I will say is a little bit finnicky and a mess is probably the combat. It works for the bosses n all, its just weird to not have a block button when everyone and their gran wants to beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of you. BUT KEEP IN MIND, I COULD BE HAVING THIS PROBLEM COS I PLAYED ON THE HARDEST DIFFICULTY. THAT PROBABLY ONLY RAMPS UP THE ENEMY HEALTH, IF I'M HONEST.

The story is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ brilliant and very captivating. To the point where I dont want to spoil anything for anyone. The voice actors did an absolutely amazing job, I especially liked how intimidating The Ink Demon was, as he gave off "The Darkness" vibes.

[P.S: For the spider lair (you'll know it when you see it) hit the poles at the elevator, sneak around and just charge your wrench and leave after the Boss. Just so you dont get stuck there for half an hour like I did]

Genuinely, even if you've been looking at the game or slightly interested, give it a go. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing. Spooked me real good at some points. Characters were well represented. Feels like what Bendy and the Ink Machine WAS MEANT TO BE. Very proud of how far this studio has come. Looking forward to more in the future.
