I'm a huge TCG nerd and have played most of the big ones a fair amount. Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Flesh and Blood, Digimon, Hearthstone, Legends of Runeterra, sinking thousands of hours and even more dollars into each of them. TCGs in general are a sort of hyperfixation for me and the genre as a whole has a special place in my heart.

This game is a love letter to the TCG genre, and its clear to me that the developer is passionate about their work. This game is always so fun to play whether its for an entire day, or just sitting down for 20 minutes. The gameplay is fairly simple and definitely can be improved but the whole store simulator part is, in my opinion, more of an engine to supply the REAL game of sitting in the corner and cracking packs for hours on end. I've been trying to ditch TCGs because they tend to be a huge money sink, and this game is the perfect solution. For the small pricetag of 13 USD (I got it on sale for like 6 USD), I can now scratch that itch of cracking packs anytime, forever. The drop rates on cards are tweaked so well it's genuinely a bit intoxicating. If you're a fan of TCGs and/or store management simulators, you'll probably love this goofy little indie game.

Known him for the past half decade. Pretty good guy for the most part, up until last year when he willingly let his family be sold into slavery in exchange for the full Steam trading card collection for Resident Evil 6, which he then sold for a grand profit of $0.32. :ada::chris::leon::sherry:
