﴾ أذن للذين يقاتلون بأنهم ظلموا وإن الله على نصرهم لقدير﴿
[Al-Ḥajj: 39]
Permission [to fight] has been given to those who are being fought,[929] because they were wronged. And indeed, Allāh is competent to give them victory.
