TRUST ME, this game gives so much than what its worth.

the passion and experimentation is seen throughout this whole game and just takes me back to a time where games are not afraid to go away from a simple core mechanic just to have you do something else that gets you into wanting more of things to discover and enjoy!

Fans had no patience to wait for this gem of an IP from CD Projekt Red to finish and are the true blame for the company's decision to have this game rushed in bad unfinished state during COVID.

That being said, here is the real verdict after 78 hours of just the base game:

CyberPunk 2077's universe is the true show stealer with it's beautiful tragic story told in a very similiar pace as BladeRunner. as a matter of fact, this game is very much a much more indepth version of BladeRunner if John Wick happened to cross over within that universe. Why did I mention John Wick? Keanau Reeve's plays another character that also never misses a single head shot to a point he is actually in your head now!

Cyberpunk's gameplay is a typical action RPG with a lot of technical elements that makes it fun for Run and Gunners and Stealth combat. you can hack machines to either distract enemies or insert Viruses in everything to infect them. there's even a hack to make enemies unalive themselves. Sad but deep. Upgrades extend to how you can resolve quests and add more options in choices. there's a lot to explain so I'll just keep it up to here so you can figure the rest out.

Overall, this game redefined the sci fi genre and takes a psychological approach to the universe.

Game has undergone so many patches to where I can say that it's not a scam to purchase!
Definitely wait for a sale especially if you wanna get the Liberty City DLC with it.

Music is a BOP "I Really Wanna Stay At Your House" has always been on repeat (the Netflix show Cyberpunk Edgerunner is to blame for that).

Very fun engaging game. Paced very beautifully.

Bonus points: it also carries mini games in forms of arcade machines that do get very addicting at times to where you should beat their high scores.
