Prison Architect is one of those games that has a lot of potential and gets better with time. They're on their 11th alpha patch with a new one every month. The 12th is due any day now. Each patch they fix bugs and add new gameplay mechanics. At 20 dollars I think it's worth it, since it'll only get better. It's definitely quirky.
