Valve needs aggressive measures for anticheat for NA region exclusively due to cultural differences, and this is coming from an NA player. Valve should also put in additional measures when tradings to avoid scammers, as these scammers have ludicrous ways to scam you, which sometimes is due to the lack of clarity on valve's part on how these transactions go through. You HAVE to get scammed once or even more to understand how CSGO skin trading works. Ridiculous.
