I've only played through the Shadow Generations portion so far, but will add more to the review later. I very much enjoyed my time with Shadow Generations. The levels, bosses, and challenges (aside from maybe 1 or 2) were good. The Open Zone White Space is definitely a step-up from how Frontiers handled it, so if they go forward with that formula, I hope they continue to improve upon it. Music is overall solid, only a few tracks I would consider meh. Story is nice, nothing crazy though, and is a bit predictable.

My main gripe with the game currently is that SEGA showed off waaayyy too much of the game in the marketing/promotional material. There were barely any surprises left, only major one is the final boss to SOME extent. I thought they had only shown maybe only 50 or 60% of the game, but they practically revealed every level and boss. I couldn't help but feel a little disappointed by the end because of it honestly. In the future, I really think they should have a little more restraint with what they show.
