Recently I've been pulled back into games like Napoleonic Wars, the DLC for M&B Warband. This game has slightly different mechanics, but it has a solid community and great potential. It's community thrives through it's regiments and weekly events, private and public. I've definitely enjoyed myself coming back to a community based game like this. Regiments are the way to play this game, in my opinion. The two complaints I could have is the lack of the last major power to this game, Austria as of June 2021 and the melee mechanics are a bit wonky. I am looking forward to seeing what else gets added to this game and the future of AGS. As of November, 2021 we are pending a "major" update to the game. I might change my recommendation based on what comes out of this update.
