It uses the gameID\addonID, they are identical as their steam links

Probably not since most of the size is in textures and not models. If you want to use it for your own server, you could extract the files and reduce texture resolution yourself, if you know how to do it.

is there a way you can make the grey knight model pack have a seperate workshop of JUST the model with jigglebones? trying to add it to a server and its super pricey if you use the whole pack
