This game is fairly decent and will remind you of original Overwatch in like 95% of instances, even some maps feel like exact copies. I'm not saying this is a bad thing, but the real issue is how predatory the game is to make you think you're good when you're actually not.

How? By giving you bot lobbies unknown to you when you're on a losing streak, and allowing you to get insane K/D ratios that make you begin to question if you really are that good, or there is something nefarious going on. You literally are being matched with bot lobbies to make you think you're decent at the game, which would encourage you to invest and spend money on skins and such. For a free to play game this is incredibly manipulative, and given how competitive lobbies aren't available until level 10, makes you overthink how good at this game you truly are. I mean, why would you spend money on a game if you're in a constant losing streak and feeling bad? But maybe if that bot lobby you unknowingly played against landed you a 37/2 KD, you'd buy a skin of the champ you just destroyed on.

How do you know you're playing against bots? Watch the replays, look at how they behave, tracking through walls and doing 180 snap backs and constantly shuffling characters along with their profiles being hidden from view/any sort of interaction. Funny how this isn't disclosed or mentioned anywhere, and with enough people playing this game you shouldn't be matching with bots regardless.

Oh and let's not mention how about 1/3rd of your games have you joining to immediately lose within less than a minute. There was a few games that I joined and didn't even get out of the character selection screen before we lost??

Getting sick and tired of how free to play games manipulate you into spending. There's a video showing a match where 8 out of the 12 people are bots. One team entirely bots while the other team had two. It makes you wonder how actually populated this game is, if numbers aren't being inflated because of how microtransaction hungry games are now.

You spend thirty minutes with an "introduction", and even after this intro have almost no clue as to what is going on, further compounded by trials you're supposed to complete that are just as nonsensical as the plot of the game. Everything is trying to scare you at the same time, and the whole "shock gore" aspect of it gets old very quick.

If you're thinking you're going to be scared by this game, you might be for the first ten minutes or so. Then that is going to turn into annoyance as you hear every single voice line repeated (the mobs seem to only have a few voice lines), along with the levels being literally RNG as far as completion goes. I ended up refunding the game just before the two hour window because I didn't get an ounce of enjoyment from it other than the arm wrestling.

At $10 this might be alright, but at the current price? Absolutely not. Wait until this quarter-baked game is finished before spending $30 on it.

Great, especially with mods like frackin universe that make the game have 10x more content (for free).

It's nothing but a cash grab at this point. Devs would rather break promises and patch in loot boxes than fix issues that have been plaging the game since the beginning. Uninstalled this after not wanting to deal with it anymore.
