This game has exactly what Napoleonic Wars needed, and I'm not talking about the Team Fortress 2 style achievements.
This game have a massive customization system, you are free to interact with a lot of things, is well optimized, easy to learn and released with modding support.
Worth every penny, sadly the game is dead.

This mod is a new beginning for Red Orchestra veterans.
It would be great to exist a WW2 mod too. ( then I discovered Black Orchestra )

The only company where you have to pay separately for blood and gore in games...

The game is interesting, but is poor at: sounds, optimization, mechanics, anti-cheat, community, hitboxes and balance.

I'm not gonna lie, I regret every second spent on this game.
The only fun thing to do in this game is to stay afk and farm boxes because if you try to win, an admin will kick you out from the server...

Closed Beta review:
This game is exactly what the battlefield community needs.
A complex customization system, but not too much.
I like that there are already patches and emblems of a lot of nations.
The maps and skins are well done.
Very well optimized.
I can't wait to see how the community will grow when will be released the f2p version.

Open Beta review:
Since 2018 there are only 6-8 maps, no new weapons and the servers are still bad.

It's not the kind of game that everyone would play, but if you have the patience to learn it, it's actually fun.
Most of the time when you see a WW2 game, you already think that there are only germans, anglo-americans and russians; but this is one of the few games that actually gets involved in remembering the other countries that participated in the world wars.
The optimization is great and the strategic system is unique, the prices are low for DLCS.
It has modding support.
The only problems are sometimes the frontline doesn't advance with you and the friendly AI that always leave the best for last, when is too late...

A decent game in my opinion, the graphics looks good and there are a lot of details but it's not well optimized.
You should expect freezing, lag, crashing and visual bugs.
The communities are welcoming.
The worst melee system I have ever seen.
I love the idea of ​​not having a scoreboard, just a list of players from the server.
There are no notifications if you die or kill someone, only at the end of the match it shows how many people died in both factions, this makes the player focus more on teamwork regardless of role. Here all the roles are important, except drummer.
A great idea would be a game made by the same company but on the theme of Napoleonic Wars.

2024 Update
The game feels abandoned, the only thing that can save this game is modding support and they don't want to add it. Also after every single update this game becomes less and less optimized.

It's cool to see other nations in games, not only Germany, Russia, UK and US...
