sad thing is you have to do it each time you play the game, the priority and affinity arent set forever! only one shot pop
test out what I mentioned!

here with i7 and no affinity or task manager is needed!

here is number 1 you do not need to use task manager each time you play just cause4
I have the same setup you do and its not needed.
just do this in the os and use inspector as you have. Or sadly nvid control panel
