I initially bought this with GOOH just to finish off my SR PC collection, but as of right now it's surpassed SRTT as my favorite game in the series. The PC version isn't without issues, which may be putting it lightly, but I'd rather be able to play it and have some performance issues than not be able to play it at all. I'm perhaps not the best judge of good stories, so I'll touch more on customization in this review.

It may be a worn-out point by now, but the outfit customization is a high point. It's not as if the game is perfect in this regard, I still find myself wishing for more wear options on some clothing than the game provides, but that's by no means a dealbreaker.
Optional dual-wielding as opposed to forced once you unlock it is also greatly appreciated, as are the slightly more grounded-in-reality weapon designs that didn't continue on with SRTT.
Having gone backwards in the series, the controls took a bit of getting used to, particularly with fine aim and the acquisition of human shields, but it didn't take too long to get used to.
Some cars have weird issues where the interior color will get reset when painting other parts and the Komodo in particular I've found wishing the trim colors were split up instead of being one solid color, but that's fairly minor. It's also nice to actually have wheel size and tire options. If I want to put enormous white walls on a pickup truck so big it could be classified as a semi cab then I don't want to have to settle for low profile white walls that would fit a lowrider.

All things considered, fun game with a lot of stuff in terms of customization, less-than-impressive port. I'm fortunate enough to not have the speedup issue so I'm just stuck with meh framerate and floating cutscene props. Regardless, I'm eagerly awaiting the upcoming rerelease that'll give us the PC port this game deserves.

FAQ for the aforementioned rerelease in case anyone's been living under a rock: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/app/9480/discussions/0/1750142699271039121/

I'm starting to think this isn't a sequel to Doki Doki Panic.

You can drive a pimped-out minivan while wearing a jacket and vest with no pants and werewolf costume hands and feet. Not to be forgotten is the ability to throw molotov cocktails out the window at both enemies and allies. It even has co-op, so you can throw molotov cocktails at your friends while wearing the aforementioned outfit and driving the pimped-out minivan.

Threw matches at a lawman while yelling at him to get down until he threatened to arrest me. Kicked him and he drew his baton. Kicked him until he drew his gun, then I ran away and remembered I had a shovel. Now I have a baton and a gun too. Now I'm the law.

Not much to say, it's a real expansion pack, essentially doubles the length of the game, disregarding AW. I'd like to see the bird when unarmed make its way into the base game eventually, but it's still fun to play around with during the apocalypse.

+ Dual wield with use of an energy drink
+ Ability to make rude gestures at anyone and anything
+ Postal III isn't canon

- Fully-modeled (eugh) ex-wife
- Gary Coleman was not resurrected to record new lines

Started with POSTAL 2 + PL, then bought this, then Redux. I'm glad to say not one of those purchases was a waste.

To think that a game nearly 20 years old is still receiving updates is amazing, especially considering it's received a remake/remaster in that time as well. It's also got achievements, come on, get on the train, Valve. Expanding on this, not only is it still receiving updates, the source code's been released so the community can help. It takes a village, people. Heh. Village People.

Didn't play it before controller implementation, so keep that in mind. Great with a controller, obviously. WASD and arrow keys upsets my stomach though. Uh, actually, that may have been that burrito I had for breakfast. Still pretty sure I'm allergic to Duran Duran, though. The models were well-designed, mainly solid colors, so they translate well to the size the game renders at. You also get a gun. I'll try to stop explaining delibrate design choices. No promises, though.

As mentioned, it's currently either keyboard or controller, mouse implementation a la Redux would make it significantly more playable, but, y'know, play Redux if you don't have a controller, I guess.

+ Visual style holds up rather well in comparison to some other games
+ Ostriches
+ Full controller support

- Poor controls when not using controller
- Ostriches are not playable

No, no, no, no, let me ask you a question. When you came pulling in here, did you notice a sign out in front of my hard drive that said "Red Trigger Storage"?
