To always see all the words in the comments, you need to:
In Steam, open the "About account" section, then select "Store settings", then scroll down to the "Chat filtering" section, select "Show curse words and insults",
Then in the "Always show these words" subsection, enter and add ".*" (without quotes):
.*
After that, you will see all the words, instead of the incomprehensible "♥♥♥" or "***".
Konami could not understand what the problem was, they replied that perhaps the reason was not in their server.
There were about 40-50 of us players who communicated with each other, then we found out that those players who had Windows 7 installed could not log into the server.
Afterwards, my friend wrote to Konami and explained to them what the reason was, they replied that they would forward it to the technical department and after the next server maintenance they fixed it, everything started working, so the Konami workers are still alive hahaha
Here's a short report:
I'm from Russia myself, I can't login.
7 friends from Russia: 5 can login, 2 can't login.
4 friends from Italy: 3 can login, 1 can't login.
4 friends from Germany: 3 can login, 1 can't login.
1 friend from Latvia can't login
There are also 3 friends who can't login, but I don't know where they are from.
It seems to me that our problem is serious, because it is not obvious, this problem is difficult to determine by Konami workers.
If the server didn't work at all then Konami would be easier to understand hahaha.
