So i figured you might like to know that i've finally changed my verdict to a positive recommendation. My principles haven't changed, the game has. Two major feature patches have overhauled world generation and trading, enough to say its worth the price with its current content.

A lot has changed recently, its getting pretty good. Plenty of rough edges still, but its getting there.
