We are the only political movement based on a comprehensive vision of the major problems that now arise in the Netherlands: we undoubtedly have some overlap with all kinds of parties, but the Forum for Democracy not only wants to tackle the symptoms of the current crisis (such as uncontrolled immigration, the hopeless euro, the deteriorating education and the unsustainable health care system); we focus primarily on the underlying cause: the political system itself. You will not renovate a house if the foundations are rotten. We must start with the basics: our political system dates from 1848 and no longer fits in with this time and with the wishes of voters.
