You'll get tired the first few months. Waking up every 2 to 3 hours is natural, but not for adults who get worn thin and the brain doesn't work so well. I even found that my wife and I would bicker about stuff really easy but it was all due to lack of sleep. It really isn't that much of a big deal though. It's not miserable at all. It's a happy thing, and the more you hold your child the more you bond and its great. Just don't take the child out for the first two or three months. Their immune systems need to catch up. Mom's milk helps give them her immunities. Although we had to switch to formula after a few months and our daughter is fine. This is going to be the best thing that ever happened to you. The free time you once had will be a faint memory but you wouldn't trade it for the world.

Ah no worries, I have a boy on the way so our hours will align around launch time :)

I wish I had more time to play sota the same hours you do. My family gets jealous if I use my computer when they are home. Oh well. Thankfully I have time at all.
