A worthy successor of CK2. Less annoying (micro-) management which really made CK2 hard to grasp. The way how cultures and religions work are much more refined in this game. Even the map is a straight upgrade to CK2. Performance wise its also quite suprising it runs on my system as a new release, so props to the devs. Since modding is available from day 1 it has already many mods i adore. The only thing that is disappointing is the lack of music diversity. After an hour or so, youve heard all that there is to hear, even though declaring a holy war is the most epic thing to do. So hopefully we will see a follow up to CK2 diverse music playlist.
