Cool cool, let's put EAC is a social VR game that absolutely does not need it.

Congratulations, you have killed wholesome game modding all while doing LITERALLY NOTHING to malicious users. If you think that EAC will do ANYTHING to the malicious trash that plagues VRChat you are incredibly naive. Malicious trash will use bypasses and get their junk working regardless of EAC, all you've managed to do is remove any means for a wholesome users to protect against things such as bad bundles or event based attacks.

If you are paying for VRChat+ please think about cancelling your subscription in hopes that it convinces the absolute brainless management to reverse this decision.

Alright, so I don't normally review things, but this game doesn't deserve a Mixed rating.
I'm gonna make this pretty quick, I've put in 6 and a bit hours, pretty much solely in the campaign. I haven't hit any bugs or weirdness what so ever, for a PC port this is very competent, game runs very well on my system, borderless fullscreen works as intended, and even pauses automatically when you tab out, even during dialog.

Pros:
- It's a proper ace combat game on PC
- Solid PC port with no major issues so far
- Devs actively monitoring feedback, some issues already being addressed.
- Excellent soundtrack
- Great voice acting
- Fun story with some interesting twists

Cons:
- No ultrawide support (Gives black borders on a 21:9 display)
- No stick support (already being addressed by devs)
- No word on PC VR
- No mouse in menus (minor as I was using controller)

Overall, AC7 is exactly what I wanted out of an Ace Combat game on PC, totally worth purchasing, and once the issues are fixed the game will be even better.
