6/10 I would give it a 'mixed' rating if I could.

Pros
-Looks amazing.
-New mechanics are pretty cool.
-The female core sounds awesome.
-The boss fight is unique and neat.
-It's free and a lot of love was clearly put into it.

Cons
-Mechanics are introduced and then only used for a couple of chambers.
-Puzzle design is sometimes great, sometimes bad (lots of backtracking), sometimes okay or easy to cheese (for example in one chamber you can skip the whole puzzle by yeeting the cube right whilst mid air).
-Quite buggy (though I expect this to be fixed with patches). E.g. many soft locks and also starting a new game from specific chapters doesn't work.
-The story is extremely predictable and basically a retelling of Portal 2 but with different characters.
-The male core's voice can be pretty annoying (no hate to the VA ofc, I just think they should have used someone else).
-The ending was extremely sudden and left on a sort of weird 'cliffhanger'? Was very underwhelming.

If you're a hardcore Portal fan, it's definitely worth a play through, otherwise skip this one and check out Reloaded and Mel.

(About 1,300 hours playtime before Steam release).

Definitely worth it if you're serious about getting into GTA:O
Really nice little starter pack and great value (unlike shark cards).
Don't waste the $1mil immediately. Invest in profitable upgrades/ businesses (Nightclub/ Cayo sub/ Arcade etc. Plenty of guides online for beginners and returning players).
Check the internet every Thursday for weekly bonuses/ discounts.
Do not buy shark cards.

Yes you have to run as administer +/or allow through firewall to get it to load lol.

Yes it's pretty slow.
But it's a dollar so can't complain??
