Its one of hidden gems that can show you what indie game can be, how little developers studio can create unique world, design, story, gameplay, that will take you around 40-50 hours to explore if you aim to complete all quests with well written dialogues and good amount of mystery that its up to you to unveil.

If you love kind of old-school RPG games with: quests where you can find different ways to complete quests; where you can choose what your game world will be (some sort of good/bad/neutral choices); good level design and good exploration possibilities, then this game is for you.

One thing that must be noted, even if game have semi open world global map and locations that you can visit in any time with quests that can be completed in any random part of game as noted on game page — its not designed for "chaotic" quests completion and "speedrun" walkthrough. You will need to read quest log, talking to characters, and doing their quests, because if not — you can end in state of "deadlock" for your walkthrough, because earlier you was like: "I don't care, what you talking", "I don't care that you accidentally was killed mister NPC", "I don't want do to your really important quest" when game actually yelling it to you that this will have impact on your story later.

So if you not comfortable with such things you definitely will spoil your opinion on game.

P.S. Pencil and notebook will be your best friends like in good old games :)
