One of the best excel spreadsheet simulators disguised as a survival game which is in turn pretending to be a city builder game great.

But the linear story gets a little repetitive after a while and the political choices are a little arbitrary I mean which choices "cross the line" and which don't I mean catholic style confessions being worse than a jail where you round people up is beyond silly.
