One of the best idle games ever and i'll continue playing it for a while. However it has some major downsides.

Honestly, the game itself should have a "Challenge roadmap" of some sorts for beginners after the Tutorial but it simply leaves you with "do what you want or join discord channel for optimized strats", forcing you to enter the discord channel to understand a bit more of the game mechanics.

This also leads to a major part of the game's problem: the discord server.

Unfortunately it has a lot of mods with power trips and some toxic players in it.
People tend to help a lot in there but some situations that shows up are so ridiculous that it discourages some players to continue talking in there or even playing the game.

All in all, most of the EarlyGame strats and roadmaps are already solidified in Google Docs and such which means that it wouldnt be a problem to add those things in-game for beginners - especially because there are players that usually play the game on mobile and not via steam -, making it somewhat hard for them to follow said guides and allowing players to follow meta strats without the needing of asking or entering a discord server.


t;dr - Good idle game. If possible, play the game while reading it's wiki instead of joining the discord server.
