I've played this game before, I played it offline on my first run, on a PS3. I'd say it's pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ optimized for a current gen (2015 or so on) game, but it foreshadows the experience and the kind of optimization I'd get from my rig.
It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ godly.

I have an i3, a GTX 750 (at 1GB VRAM), and 8 GBs of RAM, and it still ran smoothly at high settings.

And sure, I do acknowledge the plot holes that the game had, and I hadn't finished the entirety of Chapter 2 on PS3, nor on PC, yet I'm on my way to finish the said Chapter 2.

But for a Kojima game, I'd say it's still on a high standard.
To trade/sacrifice for some of the writing quality (although, Kojima went all out on cinematography on this one, so watch them too), alot of it was invested on gameplay itself. You can do literally anything with the gameplay, ranging from basic tranq headshotting, close quarters combat with some holdups, or even going loud too.

And if you think singleplayer isn't enough, you can look forward to FOBs, sure, you have the risk of having your stuff stolen, but you can steal them back.

(But if you are the type to not be like that, I'm heard or told that if you dont bother stealing stuff, then you are ignored. Just verify me on that one.)

(By the way, I haven't tried much of Metal Gear Online.)

But, I'd have to say too, this game is better off being played without any foreknowledge of the trailers, they will make you dissapointed. The said trailers have made the game overhyped for alot of people, and I do not want the "could have beens" to ruin the last game Kojima makes before he departs from Konami.

This game would be worth your price, sale or not.
But if you don't seem to justify for the price, wait for a sale.

Besides, have fun if you do get the game.

After you suck all of the hours the game has, the only Phantom Pain you will have, is the desire for more. Just look for Kojima's Death Stranding for that one instead.

In all honesty...
This game's mechanics and graphics have aged well, in my opinion.
If you want to play singleplayer by yourself, but have fun with taking pics in Dreamshot mode (god, it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ good, I hope it had options to save as PNGs), or to kick ass, then get it.
If you have friends who love some racing, then get it.
If you like Arcade Racing, then get it.

Revised Review.

I'd recommend it this time, since it actually has good amount of replayability, in which the randomized levels do help with that.

There's still much about this game that we don't know about yet, so keep your eyes peeled on that.

Movement is like Quake, you can bunnyhop and strafejump alot.

Gunplay is good so far, Shotguns, Railguns, and Machine guns are upgradeable in terms of what the upgrade station changes the firing modes to.

Soundtrack is kickass, and you can find the said soundtrack on Spotify too, especially if you wanna download it, get Spotify Premium for it.

That's all for now, the Developers have their own Discord server dedicated to this game, and they do listen to their customers.

So, don't lose hope yet.

This game used to be in Facebook, for free.
Now it's paid with even more content.
It's actually fun! With alot of varities for your weapons and classes!
Thing is, I am in Southeast Asia, and there's a cool bunch of Asian servers (10 servers, 12 player slots each), sadly though one is filled up every now and then, or is empty.
If you are a Southeast Asian player and have friends willing to play with you alot, alongside raising the overall player count in this game, please do so.
We need more Asian players here.

What should I start saying here-
Oh yeah.
The driving physics are a huge downgrade from the first GRID.
You'd find yourself skidding all over the place, even if you try drifting.
If you try drifting, it's not the kind where you have full control over it.
The game will ♥♥♥♥ you OVER if you even try to counter steer while putting on full throttle.
Do NOT try this if you want a game that has good car handling, and instead spend your cash on GRID 1.

So I heard about the news, I love doing things out of spite.

Besides the fact that this was originally a mobile game designed for iOS and Android, this is a pretty good port for PC!
What the game is about is that you wake up from a "hibernation" and you happen to notice that the whole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ship is infected with alot of zombies, and you have to fight your way through it.

What this game contains is mostly standard issue gameplay, meaning that what you expect in most video games is already here, but it gives you a vibe from the popular shooters such as DooM 3 or Dead Space, but it's still refreshing to play this game.

This game is actually decent and fun, despite that there are generic elements derived from most First Person Shooters!

If this game gets heavily discounted, you better buy this, because it's worth your almost 1 US Dollar. (Or 33 PHP if you live in Philippines.)
