After playing Classic Mode, I was like: "Man, wouldn't it be nice if they made a whole game like this?" And then I found out that they did. Instantly bought it when I saw it, it's a ton of fun.

I've never played Castlevania 2 so I don't know all the references, but if it's anything like this DLC, I might try it one day.

In all seriousness, this game really does feel like a spiritual successor for Castlevania Symphony of the Night. It improves on almost all aspects, having a banger soundtrack, it feels great to control, it looks fantastic, has plenty of secrets, a ton of items, and just does everything great in general. However, just be aware of the fact that it is pretty easy to get lost, and if you eventually look up a guide on how to continue, you will run into inevitable spoilers.

If you liked Symphony of the Night, this one is a must-have.

Punch-Out as a First Person RPG sounds absolutely horrible.


Then Fight Knight proves that statement wrong.

This feels like if Blade and Sorcery had a child with Diablo.


I love it.

As much as I love Saints Row the Third, I'm gonna have to tell you to pass on this remaster.

It has major skybox issues, especially during cutscenes, the cutscenes have insane levels of screen tearing, the detail on some characters is actually worse than the original game, it tends to look very blurry(even with DoF turned off), and certain areas are way, way, WAY too dark(the prologue is so dark that its physically impossible to see anything).


I'd say wait for a patch before picking this one up.
