This is a rigorous co-op shooter that strongly encourages clear communication and synergy with your squad. Gameplay is surprisingly complex given its cinematic sheen and simple UI. Learning and developing strategies around hidden game mechanics is necessary for success in higher difficulty levels, which makes mastery of the game far more rewarding. And everything just feels good; the visuals are stunning, the enemy AI is diverse, the voice acting is overly dramatic, and the music hits really hard. Not to mention that while there are microtransactions, you can get the premium currency simply by finding it lying around in the game. Cool game, cool devs, just play it already.
