I played this on the PS Vita and it's as much fun as I remember.

It doesn't have the depth Monster Hunter has but it's arcadey fun, closer to God Eater.

The world is interesting but the game starts of dialog heavy and the controls can be a little clunky but once you get going it's lots of fun smacking around a tiger with exhaust pipes on its legs.

World Tour is a fine mode for learning the bare basics of the game and getting eased to the systems. The input detection is exceptional and all of the characters feel fairly unique.

Excellent evolution of the franchise. Some technical issues but if they fix those and improve a few things in the next game it could potentially be a 10/10
