Fun strategy game with a good sense of humor. Nice soundtrack of latin music. Runs well on my mid range budget laptop. Interesting storyline and missions. Like Sim City but with Politics, The threat of coups, rebels and revolutions. Also has more micro-managment, but not the frivolous kind and if you don't want to do it, it can be ignored without any substantial consequences.
