I really enjoy this game but between the amount of enjoyment I get from it is just pure frustration. Yu-Gi-Oh is a game balanced around Matches and Side Decking, if these were in ranked cancerous solitaire strategies like Eater of Millions, D.D. Dynamite, Banquet of Millions, any type of FTK burn strategy and Magical Library Exodia would be low tier at best. But since this game doesn't have matches and side decking, you lose the coin flip, go second, don't luck out and draw any hand traps? You might as well surrender because it's literally impossible for you to win. This is an issue even playing against the frustrating meta decks like Dryton and others that setup multiple negates and is only preferable to the previous strategies I mentioned because at least you get to have your first turn at all. With the match system you have a side deck of useful counter cards and at least have the possibility of winning a best of 2 out of 3. You cannot expect people to play every counter to every moderately meta strategy in a deck and if you tried to it would just be filled with hand traps and nothing else. Real Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments use the Matching system there's no good reason a Ranked online version of the TCG shouldn't also.
